Bio:
Currently resides in Tamrivena, Councilwoman Thell sits on the Palitinate Council as representative of her home town. She does her best to live up to the residents’ request that she bring a sense of justice and perspective to the noble court. She was raised in Bladswell, a hamlet on the edge of Eshirwood, her parents were humble innkeepers.
